United States Green Card Lottery and Visa Assistance
USGCLVA is not a Government Assistance nor we are affiliated with the Immigration
and Naturalization Service. USGCLVA does not represent the US Immigration
and Naturalization Service (INS). We are an independent company. All the information
provided in these pages are for general knowledge of the procedures utilized
by US Immigration department.
We do not take any responsibility of any information supplied within these
pages nor we are accountable for any errors or changes that might have happened

Your Green Card lottery application is not a guarantee that you will receive
a green card, it is merely an entry in a lottery. USGCLVA does not guarantee
that the applicant will receive permanent US residence, a Green Card or a
work visa, but only provides the applicant with an opportunity to participate
in the Green Card Lottery.
Diversity Immigrant Visa Program Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this program (it is basically a lottery) you cannot claim
a refund for fees paid to process the application. There is no refund for
Green Card Lottery processing once we have received your information and payment.

1. Fill out the USGCLVA Green Card Lottery online
application forms and pay our processing fee. |

After receiving your credit card payment, USGCLVA prepares the application form according
to the United States Department of State requirements. |

At the correct time, USGCLVA submits your application to the United States Department of State, and you are entered in the Green Card Lottery. |
| 4.
You receive a confirmation email
from both USGCLVA and the United States Department of State after we submit your application. |
